Urdu hai jis ka naam, hum jantay hain Daagh,
Saray jahan mein dhoom humari zuban ki hai
Its translation in my poor English will go like:
Its known as Urdu, everyone knows that Dagh,
It is a very popular language in the whole world
I just love this shair (poetic verse?) and could not stop myself posting it on my blog as this was on my mind since this morning.
Hope the "likeness" is mutual.
